    If I could give them negative stars, I would. They Raised my loan payment without sharing things like how much ($150.00 A MONTH!!) Or when this would happen.. Ended up STEALING money our of my account meant for other automatic payments.. Last letter I got said were adding x amount of dollars to your loan payment. NOTHING about raising my payments.. No effective date for said increase..Deffinately contacting a lawyer😠
