I have no words to describe my experience other than disappointing. Jeff was informative and up front about what he could do, but apparently lacked any authority and both he and Beth exhibited limited knowledge of the FHA loan requirements (from 2017) leading to a false "approval", which led to bidding on a property, which led to them telling me after reviewing my loan again there was little they could do with my credit score. I received NO communication from Beth other than a phone call after two days, when she said " yeah, I'm sorry, my mistake". All of this should have been up front and thorough, which i can say my experience with them was not. Better luck to those who have stellar credit and no issues, bad luck for us that are making repairs - guess we aren't worth the time. I guess losing 1 out of 100 loans is nothing for Waterstone....it was 1 of 1 dream of mine.

They walk you through your mortgage needs - step by step. I would highly recommend Waterstone Mortgage Corp! Not using them, could mean...not getting that dream home!
