Be advised if you are an immigrant (i.e., no US citizen), avoid this company like plague! My own experience: a few days before the closing day the company suddenly raised question regarding my residence proof, and they were just arrogant and ignorant enough to claim that I need a VISA to stay in the US, which was absurd since my Green Card application is pending and I have a valid EAD card. What is more absurd is I told them my immigration status at the very beginning and they only brought this up within a few days of my closing day, leaving no time for me to find another lender! Absolute disaster!
