Tony was great. We found Winterwood through Zillow because their rates were low. I was concerned about service since I had never heard of them and they were "cheap", but they exceeded all of my expectations. The deal was great, the services was spectacular, and they closed it as fast as they could (I was the limiting factor there). Tony helped us keep the ball moving on our refinance even when we were slow to respond or got bogged down in other things. The process was started over a year ago on our end, but we stalled due to indecision and Tony politely reached out occasionally to help. Once we finally decided to move forward he jumped into action and helped us get it closed as quickly as possible. In the end, the deal was better than estimated and we ended up with a great refinance that will save us a significant amount of money over the term of our loan and required very little work for us up front.
