Went and met with a lady (Rena) about a pre-approval on a Tuesday and she said she would get back with my husband by that Friday. Pulled his credit and all and now its been three weeks and she hasn’t called or even sent an email telling us anything. Would definitely not recommend this company at all! They’re rude and inconsiderate of peoples time. Will gladly go work with someone else!
