They deserve NO stars. The worst place I ever dealt with. I cannot solve a simple problem because no one calls me back. I am so sorry I did not do my homework when looking for a lender. I am really paying for it now. Do not use this company, they will ream you a new one, if you know what I mean. One department does not know what the other one is doing. I had to fax bank statements four times to three different people and twice to the same person because they didn't know where they went. Get real.
