Chad never even called me to tell me how our loan process was going! Not once! My realtor had to contact them to see what was going on. I finally contacted them through email weeks after we applied and they weren’t willing to work with us. If I could give zero stars I would. Please check out other places before this place. Other places have been much more friendly with us and actually work with us on getting us our home.

Which, in real estate, something usually will come up where you hope your lender has knowledge to get the deal done. I trust Mike, and I had him handle my own mortgages.
