Everyone there sounds confident and knowledgeable but never do what they say they will. When I've had questions about my investments with them I'm always told "let me look into that for you and call you right back", but they never call back. When I've had IT problems and no access to my account online no one there is willing to help. When a borrower pays a fee (late fee, etc.) they are supposed to turn that over to the investors but just pocket the money instead. This is not a legitimate company and I highly suggest you stay away!
