As a first time home buyer, I needed a lot of hand holding and my account officer, M.O. (Houston Branch) was there literally any time i had questions. He really went above and beyond. They worked with me through every step of the process, educating as we went. The customer service was the best experience I have had from the first contact till closing, because they truly wanted me to succeed and they worked extra hard and late. I will definitely recommend them for anyone trying to buy a home.

Never trust the closing date Guidance Residential confirms. Loan supposed to close on 7/24 but it actually closed on 8/13. We had to change the closing date 4 times. I had to live like homeless because I believed on the closing date Guidance Residential confirmed. Seller was about to cancel the deal due to multiple closing date changes. Email and phone communication was not on time. Completely ignored my emails when asked some questions. It started right after I confirmed that I am going to take the loan. I never had such a bad experience in my life.
