Came in with a beater looking for a nice RELIABLE car. I was offered nice options and my car salesman was awesome and I ended up with a used 2016 Chevy Malibu with 35,000 miles on it. Great condition and good experience. But unfortunately 2 months in I started having electrical problems ALREADY like the car being in park and then a sensor coming on saying “shift to park” called about this and I only had 500 miles apparently until that part of the warranty ended so they wanted to charge me $300. Next I was driving 60 mph on the highway and my car completely shut off and the steering wheel locked and I almost got rear ended. Next the touch screen radio cut out and I called and they told me a 21 year old not mechanically inclined female to pop my hood open and disconnect a black wire. Ended up going to auto zone and have them do it because they would not help me. This has happened twice. I’ve only had the car for 5 months and have had nothing but problems. They want $107 per hour to diagnose it plus whatever they’re going to charge on top of that to fix it. I have called multiple times and expressed I am not happy with what’s going on even tried to trade this car in and they wanted MORE money down when I just payed a chunk of money to get this Malibu 5 mo ago. Money money money is all they are worried about and not great customer service. Now I am stuck into a huge loan with a unreliable death trap.

These people did ZERO maintenance to the Flex I bought from them. Took it to get an oil change and literally all air filters were bad, oil was bad, oil hadnt been changed in a very long time, transmission fluid bad, missing screws on parts under the car and the window they replaced seems to be sealed badly and is now leaking rain water. Thanks Grass Lake for being just another dirt lot....
