John west handled my application. I gave him all requested info, he would ask for more and more (even addresses from employers from 2016) just to keep me busy. Well about a month later, after working and digging for all this busy work... I was informed he could no longer work with me once my credit had been pulled. I asked if someone else in the company could take over my case and he wouldn’t even help me with that. Complete waste of time. Do not recommend!!!
