I am highly suspicious of these reviews.5 stars out of 200? Not Possilbe. I own several investment properties in ID, CA and MO. I have been looking at investing in IN and contacted this company. I was outright lied to and given the runaround for days. I would say that it was one of the least professional experiences I have had in my investing experience.

I hope that they get this, but working with Lindsey, Lesley, and Kameron was truly a pleasure. Could not have asked for a better group to help us work through our trials and tribulations as we made our way through this entire buying/selling process. Thank you to those three whom I worked with most frequently and the entire Grandview team for creating a culture of communication and customer service that really transcends just working and moves into the space of just being genuinely good people who want to help other people.
