Amazing customer service, helps you efficiently, quickly, and never leaves you with questions or bad business. Both locations in Grand Rapids are easy to work with, and well with your time spent. Highly recommended. Online banking could be better but it is easy to navigate and saves time on depositing checks and checking balance. Secure and cannot be used offline.
