If you are a Veteran; beware! Unless your realtor, appraiser and Jack are all buttering each other's bread; you will get screwed in the end! I was shown different rates on three different occasions and when I was able to get to a printer, the forms had changed! Jack's reply was " you should have used a realtor"; because you don't know what you are talking about"! Steer clear!!!
