I don't know about these other people, but the service I've received since I opened my account has been stellar. They answer when I call. They respond to my emails, (when I've had a need to send one). My car loan payments are on time since I've been using the online money transfer. I couldn't be happier with them. Even when I considered a home loan a few years ago, they were quick to call me and set up the interview. They explained the whole process and advised me what to bring in to make the qualifying process quicker. Granted, I'm not a big fan of standing and waiting when I have to deposit money, but I utilize all their locations and services so, I have nothing bad to say. They've been consistent and great, so far. Keep up the good work.
