The absolute worst lending experience of my 19 years in the business. From start to finish the communication was horrible, non existent!! And now, 2 weeks AFTER we were supposed to close, they decline the loan for something they knew about when we started the loan in May!!! My buyer jumped through EVERY single hoop the lender asked throughout the 2 months they had the loan only to be declined and in threat of losing their $5,000 deposit. Not one bit of care or concern from the loan officer, processor, underwriter, manager, owner. RUN!

I did 3 deals with A&D! My primary residence at Sunny Isles and 2 investment condo units. I do not undertsand why someone is posting bad reviews. I never had a better finance advise experience in USA! Thank you, guys! Keep doing!
