Absolutely the most HORRIBLE real estate agent like... ever. Sh*tty service. Horrible attitude. Stan has raised his voice at my mother multiple times in person and over the phone when she was asking questions. He sent her the most disgustingly rude email ever! When putting our house up for sale, he not one, not two, but THREE no shows when it came to taking pictures. Took us over a month to even list the house and once it was, he put down the wrong information on the house. Our house is heated by oil, but on the listing he put it down as gas. We told him we’re keeping our washer and dryer, he put it in the listing and REFUSED to take it out of the listing. Do not use Stan Tashlik for any of your home selling services because he will hold everything over your head.

Stan is great. He’s still working with us, but we’ve received so much info from him and still looking with him.
