Michaels whole team was extremely accessible throughout the 6 month process of building up my credit and searching for the perfect home. I don’t know how many customers he and his team service, but the attention I received felt like I was the only one. Stephanie was on the phone with me multiple times a week sometimes for 30+ minutes. The entire office jumped through hoops, thought creatively and did everything they could to get me the best rates and lowest payment. They coached me from a 608 to a 676 credit score in under 5 months. Every possible option was explored and every available resource was used to make this happen. Michael’s years of experience helped put together a strategy for my downpayment that leveraged all of my financial resources to get me the lowest interest rate and the most affordable monthly payment.
