Steven cooper was unprofessional and child like and in the business he is in it's ridiculous. He came highly recommended and was said to be a top 1% in his career. If you prefer a lender that doesnt respond to you or your realtor choose him! It took days then weeks to get a response abt our pre qual until my realtor reached out to his partner mike who was able to get it in 10 mins flat! Steve worked very close with our realtor and hosted events together so it was shocking he wouldn't respond to either of us. The office fumbled with the simplest of issues and could be due to someone else having to do Steve's job but it could have been avoided thru the process! At closing there was $2100 miscalculated and after the closing disclosures were signed mike and Victoria had to go back and correct it. The whole experience was the worst we could have imagined and for issues that were avoidable.
