Kathy was fantastic! She helped me lock in the lowest rate I could find, and explained everything clearly and in simple English that I could understand! I was a first time home-owner and she helped make my mortgage process go completely smoothly! And she was very personable. Years later I still get polite, personal e-mails from her. It really makes me feel like she's a person who cares and truly wants to look out for her customers!

I can't say enough about how awesome my experience was working with Kathy!! She really made the whole home buying & mortgage process so simple & easy!! She guided me every step of the way & was always so caring & kind!! I would definitely work with her again!!
