Rhonda Sawyer is very Rude and Nasty to all Customers, It should be Fired! Banking at Digital Federal Credit Union is Always pleasurable and they complete transactions with friendliness.

The worst WCU location thus far. Went earlier today, and hopefully this will be the last time I do business at this branch. It pays to treat all customers the same. The teller was disrespectful from the time I was summoned to the counter, until I left. Seem to me most of the tellers here, especially bitchy and unprofessional rhonda, harbors some sort of disdain for certain customers, a bias that they cannot seem to put aside, and perform the work they are being paid to do. If in the future, I have to use this branch in a cinch, I will be sure to match the attitude of the skunt at the counter. Zero stars for this low level branch.
