I LOVE this bank, don't get me wrong, but I HATE their severely limited business hours. Many people work 8-5 jobs which their hours don't accommodate. They don't even offer limited weekend hours like most banks do. I've always had excellent customer service any time I've needed it and I rely heavily on their remote check deposit feature on their app which works wonderfully. I just wish I could deposit my cash more conveniently or go to the bank without having to take time off work.

I've been a customer there for 15+ years and they've always done right by me. Any problems I had with the account they've been able to solve quickly. They are always very polite and smiling when I go there in person. I only wish they had an off-campus location in Mankato as well or maybe have hours open on Saturdays. It can be a zoo on campus sometimes and, depending on the time of day, finding parking can be tricky.
