If you want a stress-free loan process go elsewhere! They'll tell you everything is fine and then all the sudden you're homeless because this company sucks!

Our Loan officer was unreachable via phone. He often would ignore phone call and then proceed to immediately return an email. Many emails he would reply in response to the first line, but ignore the second half of the message, making it obvious he never read our emails. We asked more than once to meet in person as first time home buyers to ask questions, but he never responded to our request to meet in person and mainly emphasized how busy he was. Once our loan was passed onto the next person, we felt even more in the dark because we didn't even know our loan had moved to the next stage. There was a major discrepancy on some of our docs as well showing our cash to close amount as $1100 more than we had been told in good faith which was because of a clerical error. We never even got the official email or phone call telling us we were clear to close. And then to top it all off, closing took over 3.5 hours because we were scheduled with FAR FAR too many people scheduled at the same time and there were no open rooms. VERY disappointed. if it hadn't been for one supervisor contacting me in an attempt to apologize, I would say the entire experience was awful. But still, do your homework, research and go with a small bank if possible where service is key. This place is a capitalist, assembly line nightmare of loan manufacturing.
