Service is usually pretty fast, but the last time I went, the teller miscounted my cash twice, causing me to spend longer than I would have liked here. Also, the bank has changed names twice now in the last five years. For decades, Farmers Bank has been serving Frankfort, but the switch to United wasn’t that bad. Just this year though, they have merged with Wes Banco, and the transition has not been smooth. Many people are experiencing outages with their mobile banking, or having trouble accessing their accounts. I’m sure they will iron out the issues in time.
