I couldn't agree more with some of these reviews. I have purchased from and worked with Lennar in the past and have had nothing but excellent experiences. Unfortunately I was sent to one of their loan officers for a new purchase this time around and have had the worst experience ever, If you are referred to Mayra Bermudez ask for someone else right away. Her lack of customer service, short temperedness, was an absolute turn off. Her attitude over the phone left even more to be desired. We had to reach out to her a few times with questions and her " I will explain it to you again" replies are what ultimately led us to go a different route.

If I could give them less than 1 star I would. I recently made the mistake of buying a home with Lennar and was forced into doing my mortgage with in order to qualify for “incentives”. The entire process with eagle was horrible, they constantly made mistakes on my documents which delayed my purchase process, I had to reschedule my closing because of them more than once, they sold my mortgage after 3 months without any sort of notification and I was just notified that they wrongly projected my property taxes by more than $5,000. Now I’m stuck with a $5,000 bill and a more expensive mortgage after only 6 months of owning it. I will never do business with Lennar nor any of its affiliates and will advise everyone I know to do the same. Horrible experience.
