She would proactively reach out to ensure I received the various documents and this ensured we closed within 30 days. I cannot give enough praise to Britney and her team......fantastic customer experience and highly recommend!!

Everything went perfectly and timely. Lee Waputo is an excellent communicator and has solid knowledge not just of mortgage rates but what is happening in global financial markets that can affect US mortgage rates. Although I am a veteran of mortgages and anticipate what documents would be needed, the digital copies process was easy. We closed exactly as planned - 30 days after applying. I told Lee the product I was looking for and he was able to match an available product with my demands.
