First off I like to start off by saying I wish I would have looked up the reviews before I continued forward. Promised things that were impossible very unprofessional won't even call me back took $600.00 from me completely ripped me off I don't even know how they keep the doors open. If their was a choice of less than one it might be more fitting beyond disgusted with my experience Here not to mention all the time that has been completely wasted.

This is the same people operating under different business names because their reputation is so poor! Mortgage 1, Simple Mortgage, Southwest Funding.... they are all the same people!!! That should tell you something right there! Buyer beware!!! I had a home buyer go through them for a mortgage. After the process started I realized what a mistake it was. Not only did the process take MONTHS longer than was promised but the communication is HORRIBLE. Professionals from the title companies we used to other realtors I know told us to stay away from them and we should have listened!!
