Fictitious charges on my Credit Card, they called LOAN ADD ON PAYMENT PROTECTION FEE, they have been charging me every month for almost a decade. Over $1000 So I call my Card about it. They do not know what it is. I ask who does? They tell me to call a number, the same number I just called. I call several times and hit all the options, talk to 5 different people connected to my Bank AEAFCU. They keep telling me to call the same number and then do not help. The lady says to me in the 6th call...sir, please be professional...and I can only howl with laughter. Back before the Loan Manager stole a Million dollars from OUR Credit Union...we all got free checking , free counter checks , etc ..now they are just looking to rip us off. Nothing is free and there are hidden fees for everything. They should be ashamed of what they have done to what was once a good Credit Union. And I want all those predatory fees refunded, or I am going to speak to every single person in town about it...believe in me to do what I say ...because you sure cannot believe in this Credit Union anymore.

I have been a member of this credit union about 14 years. I have had nothing but positive experience with them even when things haven't always went my way. They are always upbeat and helpful. I'm usually welcomed by my name and one gal even knows my member number by heart lol... now THAT'S service! As long as I am living here in Yuma (and I have no plans of moving) I wouldn't do my banking anywhere else! Great job you guys!
