I have dealt with Ian Walsh and he does not really explain his decisions. I get their emails on what they will do, but when you go to get qualified, it is something different. HE SUCKS, sorry. He is very arrogant. Hard money bankers use private money so they are much higher then institutional hard money lenders. I got approved with somebody else, that was much friendlier on the phone.

Hard Money Bankers are the best in the area. You can get the loan set up and ready to go very fast. price is competitive and the service is superior. Everyone was helpful when I contacted them and they are patient with the lending process every step of the way. A great partner in Real estate property investment deals.
