We closed our account at this branch. They’ve lost two of our cash deposits we’ve dropped off. They found one that they posted to an incorrect account and then gave us grief about the fees that occurred because they credited funds somewhere else haha! We are still missing a $250 cash deposit which the bank told us isn’t that much money anyway. If you Bank here you shouldn’t leave anything in the night drop! Wait and get a receipt for proof.

I opened an account with citizens bank due to problems I experienced with Oregon State Credit Union who were stealing my money, needless to say I closed that account. Citizen's bank has provided me with incredible services, and has proved time and again that they truly care about their customers. Citizen's bank is a bank I feel very comfortable with.
