Great people, policies and practices.

Used to recommend everyone to fcc, but they have seriously changed and not in a good way. After having accounts with them for years couldn't open a joint checking with my husband because our lady that we had to put me on his account couldn't read a passport, and read the wrong line on it and said it was expired even though my passport was a year old, when I showed her she was wrong she was extremely rude. Not a nice personal place anymore. Sad so disappointed I hated that I had to go to a different bank in town because I have been coming here for over atleast a decade.
