This was the first time we used a lending company outside the main financial institutions we all know, love and hate. We were referred to Chris by a somewhat questionable associate, so we went into it with a bit of caution. Boy were we in for a treat. Chris and his team were absolutely amazing. He explained everything in clear and plain terms that even I could understand. He walked us through all the processes and did a lot of the legwork for us. Now this is a complete 180 from the experience I had with my last mortgage. Not only was he responsive to all my correspondence, if we didn't have something ready he was quick to make sure we knew. With every day life happening at the same time it was refreshing to know days weren't going to go by before finding things out. Re-read the last sentence, this is the best part about working with Chris. He makes you feel like you are his only client. Thanks again Chris!!!!!!!!
