    Not sure what's going on with customer service but today it was very poor. I waited for 30 minutes to speak with someone and was basically ignored. Two people who came in after me were greeted and helped, one by the manager and the other by the CSR. I am normally happy to be a member here but not today.

    I can see why they are rated Best Credit Union year after year! Superb customer service reps! Always friendly and efficient!
