My initial experience was great - Brad & his team were so responsive and reassuring. It made sense not to shop around for a more competitive rate because the customer service was phenomenal. Flash forward to 6+ months later - no returned calls. Calls to the 800# for the main company have avg wait times of 20-30 minutes. My advice, shop around. When Brad tells you that you might find a lower rate elsewhere, but not the customer service he can provide - that's not the whole story. * I updated to 3 stars given Brad's persistence in trying to sort this matter out.
