They will not do a simple proof of funds that is standard in real estate. Good luck buying a house with them. Don't bother.

It was clean in there and the lady I dealt with was polite, but I was very annoyed because I called ahead to specifically ask if I needed to schedule an appointment to talk about finishing my auto loan they said no come on in no wait. When I got there, they told me it was gonna be 30 minutes before I could see anyone. If they were that short staffed then they should have just let me schedule the appointment instead of having me waste my time.
