Newlyweds with decent amount of student loan debt, little liquid for a down payment (AKA 5% down was a must), although we did have great credit. We were nervous to buy our first home but Amer helped us figure out how much house we could afford from what we pay in rent, got us an awesome rate and we were happy to waive the escrow (we like to be controlling and manage our own bills). Working with Amer made the process easy and we cleared to close on our loan very quickly! I highly recommend him. We used an outside realtor but would probably do everything through Amer in the future because it would have just made the process that much more simple.
