Working with Tim alleviated a lot of anxiety we felt about the approval process. He was able to take the pressure off and help (rather promptly, too) with any bumps we had along the entire process. We were concerned with my husband's income being 100% sales based how it would impact financing and Tim was able to help us navigate that appropriately. Definitely will be working with Tim again in the future and highly recommend him.

They zealously kept us apprised of all progress on the mortgage process, and let us know promptly when we needed to respond to any issue.
