Not pleased. This is not the place you'd look into a loan application. People should be let known of their status, not to get in our personal lives and recommending us all different ways. The moment when an application has been made, it means a lot of thoughts has been poured in. Soon enough, I'll close my affinity plus account and transfer to a different and more modern bank. They've been helpful in my first few years, but it seems they care specifically for new customers only. Thumbs down!

Stopped in Saturday (4/6/19) to open a checking/savings account. All went fine, deposited most of my paycheck. Last minute, after all was said and done, money from drawers pulled, teller gets a phone call from their tech team. Apparently due to a couple marks on my credit history (long story involving extra wife) they freeze my account! In order to proceed with my account, they need letters from creditors and a copy of my divorce decree!! Divorce was final in 2013. Went back today to cancel accounts because I needed access to my money. May have to look elsewhere. Thought a Credit Union would provide better, more personal service!
