It took me almost a year to get there because my credit was not the best, but we finally got it there. Once I got my score to where we needed it, he immediately placed me in a First Time Home Buyers Program and I started looking for homes. Found one and had to bring only a little over 1K to the closing table. THAT IS IT. I actually have a friend working w Marcus now. Her credit was amazing so she didnt need help there, Marcus got her pre-approved in less than 2 weeks so she is ready to start searching now. Marcus is amazing and I would refer anyone to him.
