Bob Greene is the most unprofessional loan person we have ever dealt with. We are doing 2 loans with Academy Mortgage and Bob has refused to return emails and phone calls. I have sent him 3 emails and a voicemail and its been 10 days and not a single response. It got so bad, our builder had to physically walk into his office to get an update on our loans!

Applying for a home loan is a daunting process (at least for me), but working with Bob Greene could not have been a better experience. He was upfront about all the documentation that would be required and when to submit the information. Anytime I had a question, he was always available to provide a clear-cut answer that was easy to understand. His support in making sure my wife and I received the best loan rate was excellent. The simple fact that he even came to our closing to make sure we were represented and available to answer any final questions was the cherry on top. He is a superb man and a great loan officer.
