Ruth Falcone is the best! She goes out of her way during the whole process. This is the third time that I refinanced with Trident, I won't go anywhere else. Ruth, Joan Jolly and the whole staff are the best in the business.

I seem to have had a run of bad luck in real estate closings lately. The most recent being specific to Trident Mortgage: 12 hours before my closing, they casually sent me a $4000 increase on the disclosure they overlooked. The item was taxes owed to the buyer, missed on a carryover. Didn't even have the decency to call and explain. Just email. When I asked my rights it seems it has no effect on the closing as it's not a legal accuracy needed for the disclosure to recount (start the 3 day review period over). Regardless, extremely disappointing. The customer service for this, extremely underwhelming. I'm sure they would care if it was their money, but it's mine, and apparently my money and I don't matter to them. Except their fee, I'm sure they'll still unapologetically accept their fee...
