We were so pleased with the level of professionalism, customer service and attention to detail that we received from our broker, David. This was our first time purchasing a home and the experience was daunting to say the least. From our very first contact with David, he made sure to keep us informed, answer all our questions (of which we had many) quickly, and find different ways to save us money throughout the process. We relied on David more than we did our agent because we knew that he had our best interest in mind. There was a point in the process where my mother, who is the least tech savvy person there is, had to send documents over to David and he was so patient with her.
