Texas Lending was very responsive (I never waited more than a few hours for answers to questions). Refinancing is not a quick or easy process to always understand. There is a lot of industry terminology that can be intimidating and difficult to interpret. Texas Lending helped to interpret what was happening with our current mortgage, what the costs were going to be for the refinance, and they worked with us to tailor a refinance that worked for us. I am highly impressed with their professionalism and their desire to work for the consumer.
