Money lending was good& quite. Just customer service and manager service is horrible I called several times to get a statement letter to take care of my payments with no luck so dang rude. No help at all. N them I called yesturday to try again and they have the service where they will call u back I called at 1245pm n didnt get a return call till next day @425am really !!! The next day and that early I dont need calls so early in morning when trying to get rest for next day work. Customer service is very horrible they need to send people to training classes if they helped customer better would rate higher
