With her guidance I was able to secure over 90% of the amount needed for the procedure and she was able to get it done within 2 1/2 weeks...meeting the doctor's office deadline to pay. She fought extremely hard to make sure I was given every opportunity to be approved and to close quickly. I am very grateful to her and loan processor Charlene Reed.
