The customer service for this company It’s probably the worst I’ve ever experienced for any type of industry. One department is completely unable to contact another department. They require you to send emails and never reply. I’ve had them as my mortgage company for six or seven years and had to change home insurance policies. Each time I send a cancellation notice and spend hours on the phone only for them to pay my old company and have my new home insurance company threaten to cancel coverage. I end up having to spend 6 to 8 additional hours on the phone between the two companies before it gets straightened out. I will never ever do business with this company again after I refinance
