Terry with GEM Mortgage was awesome to work with. We had some specific dates that Terry had to work with to close on the two loans that we were working with Terry. GEM was able to extend our closing dates as not to interfere with previous lender's terms. Terry seemed to always be updating us with the status and was always available to answer questions we had. Terry and GEM Mortgage was so easy to work with that I have already referred them to a co-worker that is interested in refinancing.

Terry is very proactive. He let us know that it was a good time to refinance and explained why; no pressure and very informative. Terry was great to work with and got us an awesome deal. Thanks Terry!
