Wayne Frick at upstate was extremely amazing through the entire mortgage process! He was always available at any time to answer your questions and got back to my fiancé at I immediately! He made sure everything was all set and taken care of weeks before closing and was on top of everything thru out the entire process. As a first time home buyer he made this as stress free and easy as possible!!
