I was very happy to find Regan and his team. Regan was always available to respond to my email and answered all of my questions promptly. The process of purchasing my first home was painless and expedient. I definitely plan to use Regan and his team for any business I may have in the future.

Regan has been a true pleasure to work with. He made the loan process of buying our first home very comfortable and understandable. His response time is great and he was proactive about reaching out to us when it made sense to refinance at a lower rate. He is very knowledgeable and if you are looking for someone to ease your worries and keep you informed during the process of buying your fist home, Regan and his team at Watermark are an excellent option.
