Buying a house can definitely be a stressful event for first time home buyers. Now, try squeezing in your first baby around the same time. Well, that was the situation I was in. Larry and his team did a fabulous job keeping everyone up to date on the progress of our house purchase. Larry was available to answer my questions at anytime of the day, very good response time. Everything was progressing very quickly. We did end up having a bump on the road that threatened to extend our closing date to bump up against my wife’s due date (week delay). I mention it to Larry, which he and his team went above and beyond to meet our original closing date. At the end, we ended closing a day later than originally planned, which was awesome for us! We now have our first home and are just waiting on our daughter to arrive anytime now. My wife and I are extremely grateful to Larry and his team with providing our new family with a home!
